Job Description


· Manage all core HR departmental areas, including payroll, HR admin, training and development, recruitment, employee relations, and maintaining and improving HR systems.

· Ensure the onboarding process is handled in a professional manner to expedite the settling in period.

· Identify staffing needs and manage the creation of job descriptions and handbooks.

· Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Saturday half day

Experience: Additional training and/or experience in healthcare preferred

  • Knowledge and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management required.

  • Experience: Three years' experience in Upper Management as Manager or higher preferred.

  • Skills and Abilities: Must be proficient in use of PC and Windows OS, Quickbooks, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) able to communicate in a professional manner. Should be able to complete multiple tasks simultaneously. Must be familiar with all equipment and processes needed to complete duties.

  • No. of Employees Supervised: 0, peer HR Manager in department

  • Hours Required: Normal department operations are Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm, Saturday 8:00am – 1:00pm. Emergency work hours occasionally needed to satisfactorily complete job duties.

  • License/Certificates/Agreements: Non-Disclosure & Non-Solicitation Agreement
