Guam Radiology Consultants is the largest and most advanced Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology center in the Western Pacific. We operate during regular clinic hours from: 8AM – 6PM, Monday to Friday and 8AM - 1PM, Saturdays.

Job Description: Maintains the IT Department in accordance with GRC Policies & Guidelines. Ensures IT Operations are in compliance with HIPAA and other applicable statues.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers etc.)
Check computer hardware (HDD, mouses, keyboards etc.) to ensure functionality
Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications
Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance
Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment
Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work
Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.)
Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule
Identify computer or network equipment shortages and place orders
SKILLS:
Must be proficient managing medical imaging within a DICOM environment utilizing a sophisticated RIS / PACS. LAN\WAN Expertise.
Should be able to complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
Must be familiar with all equipment, software and processes needed to complete duties.
100% functionality and security of all databases/applications/servers at all times
Organized Records/Logs, Regularly Occurring IT Updates
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s Degree (or Foreign Equivalent) in IT or related fields
EXPERIENCE:
At least 2 years of experience as a computer systems analyst, IT analyst, computer engineering or any suitable combination of education, training and/or specific experience with Medical IT

SCHEDULE:
8-hour Shift; 40 hours per week
Day Shift
Monday to Saturday
Work Week: Monday-Friday (7:00AM-4:00PM, 8:00AM-5:00PM or 9:00AM-6:00PM); Emergency work hours occasionally needed to satisfactorily complete job duties.
Weekend Work Required: Flexibility to work every other Saturday (7:00AM-12:00PM or 8:00AM-1:00PM)
Requirements
