Job Description
JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for safeguarding the Guam Medical Plaza facility, tenants, visitors and assets.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property, monitoring surveillance equipment, and access points.
Investigates security breaches, incidents, and other alarming behavior.
Controls traffic by directing drivers at main entrance.
Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
Perform other duties and projects as required by management.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION:
Demonstrate competency and experience in security preferred.
Ability to follow verbal and written directions and instructions.
Must be self-motivated.
SCHEDULE:
30 hours per week
Day Shift
Monday to Friday (1:00PM-5:00PM)
Weekend Work Required: Flexibility to work every Saturday (9:00AM-1:00PM)
Requirements
At least 1 year Security experience preferred
